East Hants Minor Hockey Registration 2026-2027

If you are a new player to EHMHA or have not used GrayJay to register for fall development in the past, you may need to create a new account.  Please note: EHMHA has created GrayJay accounts on behalf of some of our members. This was done for members who have 50/50 credits that needed to be applied to their account in advance of registration. Credits have been added to the parent name and email address used to register your child last season. The GrayJay platform tracks credits based on the parent name and not based on the player. If you have more than one player, this year you will simply see a total credits on your account for all players. If you cannot access your account or your credits do not appear on your account, please email adminclerk@ehpenguins.org.

Registration Fees 

Registration fees for this year have been set for each division and are as follows:

Register before September 8th to avoid a late fee.

NOTE: the late fee has been increased to $250.

U18 – Currently, we are planning for a U18C team. A final decision on a U18B competitive team will be based on interest after high-school tryouts are complete.

Tryouts 

Tryout Registration 2026-2027

This season we expect tryouts to begin mid to late September. Anticipated competitive teams and their tryout fee for this season are as follows:

The top level for U13 & U15 will be determined during tryouts. 

* Fielding a U18A team will be pending numbers

Anyone wishing to try out for a higher level than EHMHA offers, to email both president@ehpenguins.org & vpadmin@ehpenguins.org.

Please note: Teams are subject to change based on registration.

Large Family Discount

The large family discount is now 10% of all registrations for families that have 3 or more registrations in the same family and applies to core registrations only. Tryouts and other fees aside from registration will not be discounted. If the large family discount applies to your family, please contact Courtney at adminclerk@ehpenguins.org to have your credit applied.

50/50 Credits

You will be able to view your credits online during registration.  Please follow the directions to make sure your credits get applied if you should choose to use them.

Any credits left over after this year’s registration, can be used toward your 2026-2027 registration. 

If your child is no longer involved with East Hants Minor Hockey, and you would like your credits transferred to another sibling, please contact Courtney at adminclerk@ehpenguins.org

Payment 

You will have a choice to pay in full at the time of registration or select three payment installments. This year, EHMHA will be offering three payment installments with the first installment (50%) due at the time of registration, the second installment (25%) due October 1^st and the final payment (25%) is due by November 1^st. Payments can be made online with Visa or Mastercard or by email money transfer at payments@ehpenguins.org
